Ostensson, nyss hemkommen från München, lagade en alldeles lysande GI- lunch till oss idag. Nürnbergerkorv, senap, surkål, stekt ägg och ruckolasallad med cashewnötter. Mycket gott och helt i linje med dieten. Fem kilo ner nu.
